Account & Login

Q: How do I create an account?

Click on "Sign In" in the top right corner and choose "Sign in with Discord". You'll be redirected to Discord to authorize KWK Events. Once authorized, your account will be created automatically.

Q: I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

Make sure you're using the same Discord account you used to create your KWK Events account. If you're still having issues, try clearing your browser cache or contact our support team.

Q: Can I change my username or avatar?

Yes! Go to your Profile page and click "Edit Profile". You can update your nickname and avatar there.

Q: How do I delete my account?

Please contact our support team at support@kwkevents.com to request account deletion. Note that this action is permanent and you will lose all your points and history.

Points & Payments

Q: How do I buy points?

Click on "Buy Points" in the header or visit the Points page. Choose your desired package and complete the payment via PIX. Points will be added to your account automatically after payment confirmation.

Q: I paid but didn't receive my points. What should I do?

Payment processing can take a few minutes. If you haven't received your points after 10 minutes, please contact support with your payment ID and we'll investigate immediately.

Q: Can I get a refund?

All point purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Please make sure you want to purchase before completing payment.

Q: How does the withdrawal system work?

The withdrawal system is currently under development. Once launched, you'll be able to convert your points to real money. Visit the Withdrawal page for more information.

Q: Can I transfer points to another user?

No, points cannot be transferred between accounts. This policy helps prevent fraud and abuse.

Case Opening

Q: How does case opening work?

Choose a case type, spend points to open it, and receive a random item from that case's pool. Each case has different items with varying rarities. Visit our How It Works page for details.

Q: Are the results truly random?

Yes! We use certified random number generation to ensure fair and unpredictable results. Every player has an equal chance based on the published drop rates.

Q: What are the different case types?

We offer Starter (100 pts), Premium (500 pts), Elite (1000 pts), and Legendary (2500 pts) cases. Higher-tier cases have better rewards and higher value items.

Q: Can I see what items are in a case before opening?

Yes! Each case shows all possible items and their rarities before you open it. This helps you make informed decisions.

Lottery System

Q: How does the lottery work?

Buy tickets (50 points each), choose 6 numbers from 1-9, and wait for the daily draw. Win prizes based on how many numbers match in sequence. See our How It Works page for full details.

Q: When does the lottery draw happen?

Lottery draws happen automatically every 24 hours. You can see the countdown timer on the lottery page.

Q: How are prizes distributed?

Prizes are distributed based on sequential matches: 1 match (2%), 2 matches (3%), 3 matches (5%), 4 matches (10%), 5 matches (20%), and all 6 matches (40%). The remaining 20% rolls over to the next round.

Q: What is sequential matching?

Numbers must match in order from the first position. For example, if the winning numbers are [1,2,3,4,5,6] and your ticket is [1,2,3,7,8,9], you have 3 matches. Matching stops at the first mismatch.

Q: How do I know if I won?

Check the "Last Round Results" section on the lottery page after each draw. If you won, the prize will be automatically added to your points balance.

Technical Issues

Q: The website is loading slowly or not working. What should I do?

Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. If the issue persists, it might be a temporary server issue. Please try again later or contact support.

Q: I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please email us at support@kwkevents.com with a detailed description of the bug, including steps to reproduce it and any error messages you see. Screenshots are very helpful!

Q: Is KWK Events mobile-friendly?

Yes! Our website is fully responsive and works on all devices including smartphones and tablets.
