To use KWK Events, you must:

Account Responsibilities

You Are Responsible For:

  • Ensuring your contact information is current

You May Not:

  • Share your account with others
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse our services
  • Use automated tools or bots
  • Attempt to manipulate games or exploit bugs
  • Engage in fraudulent activities

Points and Virtual Currency

KWK Events uses a points-based system as virtual currency within our platform.

Purchasing Points

  • Points can be purchased using real money via PIX or other payment methods
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify point pricing at any time
  • Promotional bonuses may be subject to additional terms

Using Points

  • Points can be used to open cases, buy lottery tickets, and play games
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money (except via official withdrawal system when available)
  • Points cannot be transferred between accounts
  • We may adjust point balances to correct errors or prevent fraud

Withdrawal System

Our withdrawal system (currently under development) will allow you to convert points to real money subject to additional terms, verification requirements, and applicable fees. Details will be provided when the feature launches.

Games and Services

Case Opening

Case opening is a game of chance. Each case contains random items with varying rarities and values. Outcomes are determined by our random number generator and cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Lottery System

The lottery operates on a sequential matching system. Winning numbers are randomly generated. Prize distribution follows our published allocation percentages. We reserve the right to modify lottery rules with notice.

Fair Play

All games use certified random number generation. We are committed to fair play and regularly audit our systems. Any attempt to cheat or exploit our games will result in account termination.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain
  • Engaging in fraudulent payment activities or chargebacks
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile our software
  • Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions
  • Selling, trading, or transferring accounts
  • Money laundering or other illegal activities

Intellectual Property

All content on KWK Events, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game mechanics, is the property of KWK Events or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our express written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse of our services or other users
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform

Important: Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any remaining points balance. We are not obligated to provide refunds for terminated accounts except as required by law.

Disclaimers and Limitations

SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS": KWK Events is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

NO GUARANTEE OF WINNINGS: We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, winnings, or results from using our services. All games involve an element of chance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, KWK Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with KWK Events, please contact our support team first. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably.
